the Online Account Portal & Bill Payment
Accessing Your Account
The first step to taking advantage of the
account portal and online bill payment service is to access your account through
the 'Access My Account' link on this page. This brings you to the Account Login
page. You will need to refer to information on your latest utility bill in order
to complete the signup process. Simply enter your account number and password
and click Login. If you do not have your login information click the 'New User'
link and it will take you through the steps to set up your account. If you have
any difficulties, please call customer service at 520-424-9021.
Once you login, you will be on the main Account
Portal page. From this page, you can view a number of things including:
On this tab you can make a payment by
either credit/debit card or by e-Check, set up recurring payments, or
enter your debit/credit/e-Check information into the system so you don't
need to fill out payment information every time you make a payment.
Under the 'My Account' tab you will find
your service location history, set up/change your e-Bill preferences, and
change your login user ID or password.
You can view your account usage and billing
history from this tab.
From this tab you can enable, edit, and
remove your account notices and reminders.

A. Our Online Bill Payment Service allows you the convenience of paying your utility bill online without the hassle of envelopes, checks, and stamps. All payments are secure and encrypted for your protection.

A. There are several methods used to ensure that your e-Bill account information is secure:
• Sign-in ID and Password:
Your username and password are unique identifiers that only you know. As long as your username and password isn’t shared with anyone, no one can sign in as you.
• SSL: We use SSL (secure sockets layer), which ensures that your connection and information are secure from outside inspection.
• Encryption: We use 128-bit encryption to make your information unreadable as it passes over the Internet.

A. Yes, credit cards are accepted as payment. Simply choose this payment method when paying your bill online.
