SERVICE ESTABLISHMENT AND RECONNECTION FEES

An electric service establishment charge will be assessed per meter each time District is requested to establish, reconnect or re-establish electric service to Customer's delivery point, or to make a special read without a disconnect and calculate a bill for a partial month. With the exception of a reconnection for nonpayment, the billing for the service charge will be rendered as part of the service bill, but not later than the second service bill. Payment for reconnection due to nonpayment will be prior to or at the time of reconnection of service.  The service establishment charge will also be assessed when a Customer changes their rate selection.
