Residential Service Time of Use Rate Program (EV TOU 2-10) Non-Distributed Generation with an Electrical Vehicle

The EV Charger Time of Use (EV TOU 2-10) Rate Program is designed to benefit residential customers with electric vehicles who are willing to reduce their energy consumption during the peak cost periods. A peak cost period for Electrical District No. 3 is between 2:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Super Off Peak hours are between 12:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. Off Peak hours are all other hours. This rate is available to residential customers who have EV chargers and vehicles. This requires the installation of a special Time of Use (EV TOU 2-10) meter at no cost to the customer. If you choose to go on the EV Charger TOU Program, you must stay on this rate for twelve (12) months.
